Too many young employees that don’t know The recipes to their drinks and always mess them up. I ordered a drink that was supposed to get two espresso shots, which didn’t even go into my drink and I watch from A-Z. Then when I called her out on it she went ahead and did something even more dumb instead of remaking my drink. I given this place so many chances, but I’m so over it. Do not go to this location horrible

Watered down coffee. Did not need to wait while barista opened up each pack of sugar and cream to put in my coffee. I could've done that myself much quicker. When I asked for a stirrer, he touched all over the middle of out and laid out down on the dirty counter. Very unsanitary. And need I mention.... Pandemic.

Love the coffee; especially frozen campfire latte. Bright and cheery; however i prefer a warm and cozy feeling coffee shop. The staff isnt very friendly at this location. They arent rude or anything; however they arent interested in small talk thats for sure.

1st time there. Stood and waited 15 minutes for a regular coffee while they made drinks for every other person behind me first. So frustrating. Was late for work, won't be back.
