Food was OK for burgers but the service was bad. I guess the server wanted to stay on break . Took her 15 minutes to come to the table . Took drink order then disappeared for another 10 minutes to take our order . Someone else brought out food . Came to the table 1 time . Then waited close to 20 minutes to get the check. Then never came back. Had to walk up front to find someone to pay.. ?
it is not even polite customer service available. four employees stare like a brain in headlights. do not know what to do. Enthusiasm was in negative. it felt like we were not welcome. thanks to saying that they were hit by silence, will no longer eat from the facility again.
A Rochester institution. Burgers are hot and juicy. The fish fry is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The piece of fish was huge. Hung over both sides of the plate! Lots of locations. This one has nice tap room for all the adult beverages.
My burger in my garbage plate was pink in the middle. The burgers are so thin I'm not sure how they didn't cook it through. . . UPDATE: They contacted me and apologized, I went to the bill gray's in Webster and the plate was delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora
I was waiting for my sundae only to see that this old woman who ordered AFTER me get served BEFORE me I only ordered a sundae. The woman at the counter had to ask me what I was waiting for. Why can’t you make things In order?
Disappointed in the way I was treated. I asked for a chocolate almond ice cream and the server tried to give me vanilla. She really didn't pay attention to me. Wouldn't go there again.
They usually close by 20 o'clock on Mondays. but they remained open so that the people who have no cable TV could enjoy the bill’s game. great atmosphere and camaraderie.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean both inside and out, which made me very pleased. Everyone was well-dressed and the bathroom was spacious.
