Bill's Kitchen Hereford

I've lived in Hereford for 2 years now and always wanted to go here. Took my daughter for lunch and really wish I hadn't bothered. Asked the counter staff how it worked and the lady behind the counter couldn't have been more dismissive and unhelpful. We ordered our coffees which she asked several times to repeat. Whilst waiting myself and daughter were looking at the food offerings in the servery not once did anyone offer to help. The food option signs blue tacd to the counter were not of much help and others were tiny faded and difficult to read. Feeling uncomfortable and hassled we order scones again the server had to clarify the order several times giving the impression she was not really...
