Billy-bob's Parlour

We travelled from Wakefield to Billy Bobs for a 3 yr olds birthday party. Whilst the location is out of the way the location of the venue was very nicel set with beautiful rolling hills behind. This is a very busy place but we managed to find a space straightaway. The venue is a big sprawling set of buildings and it certainly sets you up with certain expectations of what an American Diner would offer and it doesn’t let you down. The party was in what appeared to be a barn and inside was a lush wood chip floor for maximum child safety. There was a huge climbing frame set up inside. There was some seating and tables with condiments set aside for the adults. The party room was up a small set of step and was well set out. Food and drinks could be ordered from inside the party room via staff. The food/drinks were delivered exceptionally quick! We had Cajun fries/normal fries and two New York Hot dogs. These were fab and the dogs were huge in size, so I’d recommend one for two adults. The quality of the food was excellent. We thought the food was a little over priced and at £40 for 2x coffees , 2 x hot dogs and 2 x fries. I guess the portion size compensated for this and I guess you pay for what you get. I went for a walk round inside the main food area and what a set up! Just like you would expect in the 50s America, so well done to all for a great visit. There was lots of other things to do with lots of outside play areas, benches etc. We didn’t explore this as we had a lengthy ride home due to lots of road works and the Sunday driver set up. Would I recommend a visit, absolutely and for me I would have liked to experience the indoor eating experience and it really was very pleasing to the eye. Another great time for my granddaughters birthday . Great food for all 14 of us eating . The Turkey salad is so delicious . Look out for Matus this young man is a real asset to billy bobs , his customer service is exceptional . The little ones loved the play barn as usual , but today an added suprise Halloween had arrived . The trail through the barn scary for some little ones but put together so well . The friendly witch in her little shack is a must great touch . Thank you billy bobs another great visit enjoyed by one and all . The whole atmosphere is spot on in restaurant and outdoors . Even a quieter room for teenagers up for customers wanting a quieter table they think of everyone . I recommend to any one wanting fun whilst eating and having fun . Thank you until next time .

We love visiting Billy Bob's, especially around halloween as their mini events they have for the children are good fun, and I love their autumnal decorations. Their food is slightly overpriced but most places are these days, so for a treat it's a great place to go. They have lots of activities and a few play areas for the children. Some are chargeable (like the big play barn £3 per child and I think you need to have a reservation) but some are free (e.g the witch visit and the little outdoor park). It was a bit cold for ice cream on this visit but we've had some in the past and I would highly recommend them.

Another amazing breakfast at Billy Bob's. Had Huevos rancheros and a shake plus a short stack of pancakes between us. Only get here once a year so make the most of it and visit several times. Love the place, the decor, music and service is excellent. Much easier using the ordering app, everything arrives promptly. Must say the adults only room is an excellent facility when it's busy.

What an incredible place.forna birthday party!! My aged 7 and 3 had a shared parys in the Birthday barn. It was fantabulous! Natalie and Mia you were amazing
