I very rarely post negative reviews. However the service provided by the manager needs to be evaluated by their owner. My family had New Year’s Eve dinner here. Our waiter was fantastic and the food was great until the main course. My mom had asked for her steak to be well done no blood as she does not like pink steak. The food was good, but both steaks were overcooked (Med came out Well first time and MedWell the second time). Really, there is no excuse when the streak is pre-sliced at delivery. I can’t believe it took me so long to discover this place! An amazing selection of bourbon kicks off the evening. For food we are doing American Wagyu with the Crispy Brussels with a banana pudding finish. Ask for Collin’s section and you’ve got a “chefs kiss” evening! SCC is definitely going in the rotation!
