I reached out to the owner, David, who was very responsive and tried to resolve the issue by sending another meal through DoorDash. He personally handled the order and even covered the delivery cost. David was friendly and genuinely concerned about my experience. The second meal arrived right on schedule, but, regrettably, the chopped beef still had plastic in it. He tried to correct the problem by sending another meal via Door Dash. He paid for the delivery and actually placed the order himself. He was very friendly and showed interest in the issue. The order arrived at the time and date that I asked for it. Unfortunately, the chopped beef contained plastic wrap once again. When I told him, he was in disbelief. He offered to send another order. I ordered a full rack of ribs, and they were cooked to perfection. I personally prefer a heavy sweet dry rub on my ribs, but these were quite lightly seasoned, though undeniably smoky. The flavor really highlighted the quality of the meat and the smoke. The texture was ideal—tender without being overcooked. The portion size was generous, and as someone with a hearty appetite, I was definitely satisfied. The sauces provided at the table compensated for the lack of dry rub, but I like to taste the food before adding anything. Ultimately, regardless of my personal preferences, I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you haven’t already; it might just become your new favorite.

The food was incredible, and the staff were incredibly accommodating for our large group, going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. (This was at the Tulsa location in the aquarium.) It was definitely worth the trip and the money! We will certainly be back!

I ordered a loaded potato expecting it to be fully assembled, but instead, I received a tiny cup with ingredients for me to put together myself. I spent twenty dollars on this! I recently tried to call them to discuss my experience, but they wouldn't answer the phone.
I spent $46 on an order, and the experience was terrible. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, and the staff seemed unprepared. Our food was all mixed up, and overall, it was very disappointing. I will never return.
Uhhh, this is some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Very friendly and personable!
