I typically judge Italian food based on the sauce and meatballs, and I must say both were outstanding! The "Hats" with broccoli, featuring handmade pasta, was rustic and delicious. The wait for our meals was brief, and we certainly didn't have to wait long at all. Our dishes were exceptionally well-prepared and well-seasoned, with everything being fresh and hot, perfectly cooked from start to finish. I was genuinely impressed by the two young chefs and their skills. I ordered the Cajun pasta dish, which I highly recommend, and my wife enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana, which was equally delicious.

Our family loves Billy's, because you are treated like a member of the family as soon as you walk in. Bill greeted us and the servers were among the best we have encountered. We started with hot sausage stuffed cherry peppers which are to die for. The specials were prepared perfectly my wife had the chicken mushroom pesto alfredo, while I had the chicken and shrimp dijonnaise. Our son had his favorite, manicotti. The Alfredo sauce on my pasta was absolutely delicious! For dessert, I ordered a Cannoli and was delighted to find I received two instead of one. They were both exquisite! The background music featuring Frank Sinatra set the perfect mood for the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Billy went out of his way to cater a family memorial service for us. All of the food was absolutely delicious appetizers, pastas, chicken, eggplant and cannoli (all of the Italian relatives loved it) and he delivered everything to the camp that wehad rented. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
