we were looking for seafood somewhere near and decided to try billy’s after we checked google. we were close to home, which meant that we only take away what is all they offer. eating was very average. all grilled fish were covered in a few crumbs that did not help the taste. and the fish was only cooked, quite translucent. However, the fresh garnels were beautiful and the salads reasonable, and the children liked the chips. the service was fast and good, eating was ready in about 10 minutes. compared to our regular hunting on seafood has not compared it.
After trying a bite of the fish, I nearly vomited. It was incredibly greasy and mushy. It dawned on me that it wasn't actually fish, but basa. Absolutely revolting. Avoid eating this inferior quality. They only offer it because it's inexpensive, but it's catfish, contaminated, and unappetizing.
good quality seafood, with a good selection of fresh seafood from this family business is the place to go. the personal is excellent. fish chips are very popular also a good selection of salads. burger. highly recommended. will be back.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The fish and chips were delicious, with perfectly seasoned chips. I also appreciated the variety of salads available. The service was friendly and quick.

Yummy seafood and burgers. Convenient for parking too for a quick grab and go. Love the potato scallops and the grilled barramundi. Also, you can't go wrong with the burger with the lot.

I enjoy having relaxed meals at this restaurant with fresh seafood and delicious fries. The salads have a bit too much sauce, but the fried food is well-balanced and tasty.
It's like travelling bacl to 70s when food was fresh and reasonably priced. Small were more than enough. If that's small, extra large must be enormous!
