Here’s what we ordered: potato soup, hamachi sashimi, egg yolk pappardelle, and a burger. We enjoyed everything except the burger; the meat was a bit dry, and the bun was cold and unappealing, which made it feel out of place compared to the other dishes. I’m usually not a fan of potato soup, but I was won over! The hamachi sashimi was delicious and reminded us of Uchi in Austin, while the ceviche was fantastic—definitely something we’d order again. The pappardelle, without a doubt, was the best pasta I've ever had. Though I must mention that we hadn’t had a great meal in a few days, so we might have been a bit biased.

We spent $100 for both of us and we left hungry. Portions are just too small, although they were delicious. I had osso buco and my husband had the raviolis. My osso buco came with creamed kale, very good, but my menu was screaming for polenta. It would have made my meal complete, and I wouldn't have left hungry. It's all about perceived value. We went to the liquor store after our meal, and the employee stated, after hearing where we ate dinner, that he was told, if you plan on eating at the Birth, eat something first because you'll leave hungry. How sad, how true.
This is hands down my favorite restaurant, possibly even in the entire world. Everything is made from scratch; it’s truly a work of art. From the syrups in the drinks to the fresh herbs in the dishes, every detail is perfect. It really bums me out that they are closed this summer!
Absolutely fantastic time great atmosphere and equally as great food and cocktails! We appreciated the time that Heather spent talking to us from 'Pennsylvania ' at the Cool Table ! We 'll most definitely be back once we are fully relocated to Sheridan in a few months!

This restaurant is a wonderful choice for a date night. The food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. It can be a bit pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth!
We initially arrived for dessert, but we ended up enjoying the entire meal. The signature drinks were excellent, and our server was both knowledgeable and friendly.
The drinks were fantastic, but the food fell short. The portion sizes could certainly be larger, and the steak could use better preparation.
An awesome place to eat, amazing food and service. Loved the burrata appetizer and Heidi who served us was top notch!
