This place is amazing! You should definitely try to make a reservation if you plan to eat here, it gets packed, and with good reason. The food here is on another level. I couldn’t get enough of the crab soup buns (soup dumplings) I would eat it everyday if I could! The 300ml bottle of sake was definitely enough for 2 people but also you could go for more if you want. The service was excellent. The wait staff was able to offer us recommendations for our order, very helpful and knowledgeable. The steamed pork dumplings with chili oil is also fantastic and I highly recommend putting that chili oil into the soup dumplings if you want to take a quick trip to nirvana. I 'm Chinese, and wasn 't sure what to expect for an elevated Chinese restaurant, but this blew me out of the water.Managing to give classic Chinese ingredients an elevated spin while still maintaining the integrity of the flavor and style is seriously so impressive. Everything from the century egg custard to the softshell crab does Sichuan style, no misses here.And the price was so affordable for how much food we got. Whenever I 'm in Brooklyn again I 'm definitely going to come back. It 's a permanent spot on my recommendation list for others now.

We had a great night. So much food they are generous with portions. We ordered way too much. Some guidance would have been helpful. We ate about 65 70% of what we ordered.

Not as good as it’s sister location.The braised fish lacked flavor and was overcooked because the meat was tough instead of smooth.The other two dishes are mediocre.
