If I could leave zero stars, I would. We were in town for a wedding. We stopped here at 730 on Friday night. We ordered a Veggie Burger and a Philly cheese steak. We sat there about 45 minutes when a waitress asked us if we were waiting for food. She came back and said it was then plated. We weren't in a hurry. About 2 seconds later, one of the cooks came from the kitchen and said food so takes time to cook if you don't like it, cook it yourself. It was for us and we left. I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant. This was totally unnamed for as well as incredibly unprofessional. I will all my family who previously enjoyed going there so that they no longer go there.
Philly ?No-Cheese? Omelette. This is maybe my first review where my only complaint is the food. The Diner was cute, charming, and clean. The waitress was polite and timely. I ordered the Philly Cheese Omelette and I did not taste or see any cheese in it at all. It was ok but I definitely wouldn?t get it again. The home fried potatoes that came with it were also very bland and desperately needed ketchup or salt pepper. I personally enjoy a strong black coffee and I would?ve liked a stronger coffee but their coffee was on par for most diners. The french toast w/ maple syrup was pretty good though.
Been here twice now. Once for breakfast, once for dinner. The morning staff was friendly. Items were priced decent. Food is iffy. Aged. Flies are pesky. May or may not return. Definitely not a top pick. ... reply, yes aged. Last spring we were there for dinner. Dry meat with dark edges is aged. Maybe whoever responded wasn't there that night to witness. But our table was.
Used to like it there. Breakfast was terrible. I had eggs ,toast and sausage. Asked for over easy,got over hard. The toast had soggy potatoe chips all over the buttered side. 2 separate people mentioned to the owners that there was a problem in the bathroom. They were completely unconcerned. How they are still in business is a mystery.

Amazing food. And over and over amazing service. We ate outside because we had our dogs with us. The waitress even brought them ice water! Every moment she came by, she would ask if we needed something and always throw away the males! Egg Benedict was amazing and everything was so affordable. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
Everything! This place has incredible food. If you can think about it, they have it! Delicious! If it is not in the menu questions! If they have the ingredients you will make it. Fresh baked goods If you can do that, they are delicious! Wonderful staff location. Enjoy!
Very nice diner. Menu provides a wide selection of items. Waitstaff was friendly and food was great. Diner itself is a 1940's Silk City Dining Car. It is restored and looks great. Diner also does takeout. A must see in quiet town in Vermont!

Excellent place for a small town. On the picture below we have the Portobello mushroom sandwich with frits, BLT with chips and Birdseye onion rings. Everything was great. Would certainly recommend.
The nostalgia of the restaurant and the city was pleasant. The whole experience was wonderful. The food was good and friendly waitress. I also had a maple milkshake.
