Don't let the decor fool you the food is quite modern at the Fischer Hütte and really, really good. When entering I wasn't really looking forward to my meal as I was expecting yet another rustic, old school fish restaurant that keeps it simple, like so many in this region at the sea but the food pleasantly surprised be. It's not overly pretentious, but they really try to offer you something a bit different. And when that is combined with quality fish and people who know what they are doing, then you have a winning formula.
