Birotes - Reservar una mesa

Came here looking for a small, authentic Mexican restaurant. Stopped by on a Friday evening and about half of the 10 tables were full when I arrived. Was able to pick any table I want and server immediately came to take the drink orders. Ordered the Quesabirrias and the Sopes, but I also wanted to try their Torta Ahogada as there's not many places that have Torta Ahogada in San Antonio. Food came out fresh in about 15 minutes. The quesabirrias were great,

Definitely one of the better authentic Mexican restaurants! ???? ...The place was clean, the food was very fresh affordable, eating there were Mexicans non-Mexicans alike. The place is a little hidden on a side street only has a few tables parking spots, but it totally hit the spot will definitely return despite it being a little far from where I live!

My first time here. I had the Tuesday special (pic w/green sauce) was delicious. I received some very good news while there never forget this experience. I will be back to try more entrees.

Amazing hideaway restaurant with sweet customer service and delicious Mexican food. Finish up with dessert from the bakery that is homemade and tasty.

Clean place with a large menu. Fast service and the food was hot, fresh and tasted great
