My first birria and it didn’t disappoint! Double shelled corn tortillas separated by a thick gooey cheese deliciousness which alerts you to “this is not a taco!” but is then surpassed by the full flavored, tender, juicy beef hunks they surround. Truly awesome amalgamation of textures and which hold up well after soaking the fold in the side cup of consume. Two are a light snack, even if it busts your calorie count for the day.

Best birria in Portland hands down. It isn't even a competition. This little food truck tucked away is a gem. The quesabirrias and tacos are dank!!!! Seriously, go try this spot! It will be one of your go-to spots for Mexican. The service is great also, the ladies are sweethearts

I’ve been to many other similar food trucks and this one has always been my favorite!! Never had a bad experience here and the staff is always friendly and quick. I always get the tacos and consome and everything is super flavorful. Highly recommend.

Everything here was amazing. Best in town! Portion sizes are very good for the price! Best consome. Best horchata! This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants now. Will happily be going here again!

Horrible. No flavor. Overpriced, spent $40 on a quesadilla, and burrito, one taco and a mulita. Everything soggy! No confune comes with the food. I do not recommend or will never come back.
