Birrieria Guadalajara

This place is amazing! It is worth the wait. Birria was definitely as good as they say. We drove out for a Sunday lunch around 2pm. Cashier advised even before ordering that it would be a 45 min wait so we decide to grab a drink at their bar. Got our food before finishing our drinks and even before the 45 min advised.. more like maybe 20-25 mins. There was a short but fast line ahead of us when we arrived which it wasn't so bad. We did keep on seeing people arrived every often but cashier attended them fairly fast. We got the Trio #2) which consists of 1 quesabirria and 2 tacos dorados de birria with a side consome! B O M B! Tacos were nice and crunchy even after dipping it into the consome. Great ambience too! We will definitely be back.

The owners here have no love or respect for their establishment. The food is disgusting and not made fresh with no seasoning whatsoever. Not sure what happened to them because it was my first time eating there and it seems other people have enjoyed their food. If you love your life stay far away from this place.Food: 1/5

made me throw up… and the food smelled really bad, the table numbers are dirty, the table we sat at also was dirty and had leftover food from the previous people that ate there… would not recommend, the birria isn’t fresh either

So the service yes is good, food is decent but the loud music at 10am 11am like it was a dance club was very annoying.Food: 3/5

It said open but when I got there place was closed fml wasted gas
