Reserved for 6 people and found a table for 4, they added a small table. Slow service, few staff who fail to offer good service. We arrived at 7pm, at 7.30pm the burgers arrived (very good) and at 9.15pm we left in despair. No waiter came to ask if we wanted anything else, no one came to clear the table, nothing at all, we were left to ourselves. We went to the cashier to pay and show our disappointment. The excuse: full restaurant and very few staff we can 't stand behind it, tonight is a mess . The restaurant was half full… no apologies from the staff. Too bad, really too bad. I don 't think I 'll go back.
Very good food, unfortunately the staff is really rude...the first time they rudely told us that maybe they couldn't seat us (we hadn't booked, but the room was empty and remained empty for the whole evening)... second time I called to book and they hung up on me saying they had no room.. The food may be good, but rudeness doesn't make customers come back!!
Very cool atmosphere, unfortunately no one speaks German or English. Then I ordered a chicken burger (see photos). I've never been served anything like that in my life, the chicken was rotting, the bacon was as hard as concrete. Craziness. When I returned the food (ok, the fries were good, I ate them), the bill came with the full price… Subterranean!!!
The burgers were good, but the service was bad. We waited so long to order, nobody smiles, we had to wait for ages for the drinks, we got the burgers at the same time as the drinks. Then waited 10mins for coffee which was cold in the end. And the place was not even crowded. Maybe review the professionalism and efficiency of your staff. Reserva una mesa ahora
