I had the pleasure of visiting the Bischofshof Braustubn in Regensburg and it was simply fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a social evening. The highlight of my visit was definitely the pork knuckle – it was tender, juicy and perfectly crispy! There were also the best dumplings I have ever eaten. They were wonderfully fluffy and went perfectly with the knuckle. And the beer! The house beer was refreshing and of excellent quality – a must for any beer lover. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more pleasant. You really feel welcome here. I can only warmly recommend the Bischofshof Braustubn! A perfect place to enjoy tradition...
we had our lunch here a month ago when we visited our dear friend who is working for the viking tor cruise. the restaurant is located on the old town, right in the middle of a garden-like alfresco set up. we had "champignonrahmsschnitzel" and "kalbsrahmbraten which were served in less than fifteen minutes. the "dunkle weisse" beer was also very refreshing. it was quite crowded but it was not noisy.

Entenhaxen alles gut sauce Knödel Ente Preis..schweine krustenbraten: gut sauce Knödel..nicht gut: für 18 Euro 90 erwartet man nicht das billigste fette Brüstl eher ein Schaufele... und es wäre mal angebracht zumindest die Haltungsklasse oder Herkunft des Tieres anzugeben..
we stayed there in November and I am still thrilled..beautiful house, extremely clean everything, faster, courteous service, nice boss and all this in walking distance to the old town

We had the best battle bowl ever. Excellently seasoned blood sausage and liver sausage, delicious meat with fresh horseradish and these fried potatoes!!!! Simply delicious
It was very hot and we were glad to sit in the garden, have a beer brewed in house and eat a schnitzel. Our waiter was friendly and keen to help. We enjoyed our evening.
