My wife and I have enjoyed many biscuits here. One day I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a ham and egg with double ham. We drove to the pickup window and paid with my debit card (as I always do). Before I drove off with our food the nice young man at the window said “let me see your card again “. I thought he must have had some problems with the charge so I gave him my card again. Later that evening I noticed that I had been charged twice. The first charge being about 16.40 and a second charge of about 24 dollars. So I called the store and told the manager what had happened. Driving back to Charlotte and we see this Biscuit King breakfast place and we were hungry. Unfortunately, this is not the place to eat if you want a real southern breakfast biscuit. My husband ordered the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with grape jelly. This place doesn’t know anything about making real southern biscuit breakfast sandwiches. The so called biscuit is a huge wad of uncooked dough stuffed with eggs and cheese. The so called biscuit that I ordered had hair wrapped up in the biscuit and it just fell all apart once you tried to pick it up. Horrible and nasty breakfast sandwich. anyone that rates this restaurant less than 5 stars has lost their mind. the food is incredibly delicious! the portions are far more than anywhere else you will find. the value for your money is unbelievable. I ordered the Bacon Biscuit with egg and onion, and the Bologna Biscuit with egg, onion, and mayonnaise today. I always switch up my order but have NEVER been disappointed

Food was great and customers service was cool. The floor seemed to be sticky as soon as you walk in but outside of that it was good

Regrettably, my biscuit and sausage were dry and hard. I only ate the egg and cheese on top.
