Biscuiterie de Saint Palais

We were visiting friend in This lovely sea side town and they brought us to this newly opened bakery/gift store. We tasted some wonderful cakes that were made in Brittany and then shipped fresh to the shop. Some of the goods are made fresh at the bakery too. The owner and his wife were wonderful and educated us about their great baked goods. We left with a Carmel cake and some wonderful biscuits that barely made it home. The cake was go In two days. They have done a wonderful job with the shop lay out and based on what we saw seem to have the best souvenirs as they are not just the normal fair. This is one shop you need to stop in to if you are in the area.

We were walking back to our car and noticed this interesting looking shop set back on the main road. Inside there's far more than biscuits on sale, with gourmet foods and local produce including wines, artisan products and kitchen/bathroom pieces etc there are also more personalised gifts if you were looking for something to take back home as a holiday reminder. We spent around half an hour looking at everything on offer and came away with a few items which struck our fancy. Well worth a visit if in the area you won't leave empty handed!

Beautiful cakes and pastries and friendly helpful staff worth a visit as a very special treat the village is beautiful place to visit very traditional atlantique fishing village picture perfect area grand cote beach is breathtaking

I found the shop while walking in St Palais. It has terrific cakes that you really need To taste. I still have some at home and enjoy it every day

Back from the beach, a “gâteau basque is the only thing you need!!! Very warm welcome from the owners.
