We came across this little orange food trailer outside of the organic grocery store - Bio Coop. At our first visit we ordered a sandwich and salad - what we received was way beyond a sandwich it was homemade focaccia bread filled with organic meats, cheeses, vegetables and a delicious home made sauce. The salad was beyond description a melange of organic grains and vegetables marinated in Suzanne's unique sauce. Suzanne and Alain Vater are the creators of this amazing street food trailer and their organic creations change daily to reflect whatever is available locally and seasonally. Our second visit we tasted the quiche and a green salad. wow! (with out words) truly amazing. oh forgot to me...
We have every experience of greedy, we have been satisfied with our choices: freshness, originality, guided trips are at the rdv! so we have chosen to have dinner: soup, rice salad, not forgetting the desserts that diversify each day, a real treat ! one day of market to nyons, a desire for coffee. but we have deferred our desire to go to Vaison-la-Romaine and taste the extraordinary expresso made with this strange levers device. and find the warm welcome of the small organic bise orange cabin, parked in front of the biocoop, which allowed us this unforgettable discovery. valerie et didier (bruxelles) June 2016.
We are often caught out when visiting France by the difficulty in finding a place to just have a snack and a coffee during the lengthy and ever present 12.30 to 3pm lunchtime break when pretty much everything closes except for restaurants and cafes serving a full lunch menu. So when visiting the Cathedral in Vaison-la-Romaine we were delighted to find this little kiosk serving just what we needed. Sandwiches and Salads at very reasonable prices and delicious coffee. Perfect!
A little density of overloaded light not on top but the choice is huge, everyone now knows that bcp of farmers abandons the Bio not really controlled due to regular inspections is losing speed everywhere and remains Too CHER, how is this sign in Vaison la Romaine ? Which remains well placed in this place

I ate here twice at noon and I just loved their dishes either pies, soups or sandwiches I will certainly return there regularly at noon. next time I will test the salad that looks delicious to me too. and also the menu changed every day that guarantees fresh products.
Soups, pies, sandwiches, salads and pastries are exquisite and copyy. everything is organic and good, all with taste! I love and come back often, I strongly recommend to anyone who loves to eat good things healthy!
