We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. They offer a wide menu with plenty of appetizer choices and a good selection of beers. However, it would be helpful if they advertised the beer prices. My boyfriend ordered one that ended up costing $14, which was fine, but he would have ordered a second one if he had known the price upfront. Our server was a young man who was incredibly sweet and attentive. We’re definitely planning to return—it's great to have a local spot in South/Backq!
The dining experience was excellent, with well-prepared dishes and great side options. There was minimal waiting time for all the plates, including appetizers. I couldn't finish everything in one sitting because the portions were surprisingly large, but it was definitely good value for the price. I really appreciated the variety of menu items and I'm excited to visit again to try more dishes.
Great BBQ and awesome bar. Beer list is extensive and routinely updated and the cocktails are creative and awesome. Try the new Hog Wings one of the best apps I've had anywhere! Super cool vibe with the open grill and always friendly and quick service.
I liked the variety offered, but the ribs were not the best I ever had. Also, the service was only okay. It took a while just to be seated, even though we had reservations, and then it was a while longer before anyone came to take our drink order.

The food was excellent, I am from Chicago I visited bison on my second day in Massachusetts decided the day before I left I was going to return because the quality of the food was outstanding. Will go again if I'm visiting the Massachusetts area.
Love the food, love the service. We've been there several times and will continue to dine there for slow roasted brisket, ribs, burgers and salmon that falls off the bone. Sooo good!
The food is good. Service was ok. Drinks were very good. I wouldn't ever say Dont go here. Give it a shot decide for yourself. I just cant aat, Mmm I cant wait to go back.
Love Bison County. Eating here for years. The BBQ is authentic and there's not a bad thing on the menu. Friendly staff. A must try. The bar is great too!
