Bison County - Reservar una mesa

Gave this place a second shot, won’t give it a third. Prices are too high for the quality of the food. I’d rate the food “okay” at best. The Burnt ends plate came on a bed of mayo doused coleslaw without mentioning the slaw in the menu. IMO, the BBQ should never sit on top of or be mixed with anything. That’s like placing a ribeye steak over mashed potatoes. Our bill for 2 entrees and 2 drinks was $60. Cant say it was worth it.

The 'Turducken ' burger was really one of the best of *any* kind of mixed burger I have ever had. Big pieces of duck meat on the top and really tender. My friends burnt ends appetizer over coleslaw was delicious as well. The bartender/waitstaff are excellent and happy to answer my questions about a couple of food items. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for the great meal!

Thx so much for staying open for our party of nine Friday night after Cotting School graduation. The staff was super accommodating, friendly, and genuinely happy to serve us. The food and drink was great as always. Thx again for making our special event, better.

The food was excellent, I am from Chicago I visited bison on my second day in Massachusetts decided the day before I left I was going to return because the quality of the food was outstanding. Will go again if I'm visiting the Massachusetts area.

Love Bison County. Eating here for years. The BBQ is authentic and there's not a bad thing on the menu. Friendly staff. A must try. The bar is great too!
