The twice-baked souffle was another indulgent dish that was perfectly executed. The mussels, while a lighter starter, were still tasty. The classic steak was cooked perfectly with a generous amount of jus, and the pork was tender and paired well with a lightly sweet sauce. However, the highlight of the meal for me was the seafood dish of the day. It was sweet, succulent, and the creamy sauce made it even more decadent and addictive.
The side of fresh green beans and crispy potatoes were good accompaniments to the meal. For dessert, the chocolate tart was surprisingly light with a buttery, thin crust. The creme brulee was also fantastic - not overly sweet or eggy, with the perfect crackling...
I started with the escargot for my appetizer, which was delicious. For my main course, I ordered the twice roasted duck. It was a bit dry and tough, but the jus was tasty. The portion size was generous. For dessert, I had the chocolate tart. It came with pastry, raspberry coulis, and ice cream, but I requested no ice cream as I prefer less sweetness.
The service was friendly, but not very attentive. Considering the restaurant's presentation and prices, we expected more attention to detail, such as wine pouring and checking in on our meals. The restaurant was at 3/4 capacity, so there was no excuse for the lack of attentiveness.

I am French leaving here 12 years now, how the heck didn’t I find this restaurant before??! By far the best French food around Sydney, been there 2 times already, the menu has changed but the quality stayed the same, their sauces are out of this world! Tried the snapper, the duck, the veal, the pork, the cheese soufflé, the scallops, the prawn mousseline, the crème brûlée and the vacherin, absolutely spot on with the flavours! Really reminds me of a good quality French bistro back in Lyon or Paris, price is fair for the level of cooking, highly recommend it!
Delicious! Make sure you take a friend who doesn't mind sharing, so you can taste their meals too. Mussels were plump and perfectly cooked. As were the scallops and the bisque was divine. Loved my soft centre choc tart, pastry was so thin. Staff were also very friendly. Will definitely return.

This has been by far the most authentic high quality French cuisine in Sydney. Highly professional and friendly staff guided us through a wide range of quality wine. Can’t wait for our next dining experience. Thank you guys!
This small French restaurant in Caringbah is a hidden gem. All three courses were tasty and reasonably priced. The ambiance was lovely as well. I will certainly return.
