We had never been here and found it on trip advisor. We sat outside on a lovely balcony in the village of saint SAUVEUR. They brought us an amuse bouche a foie gras soufflé sampler which was exquisite. I started with clams in a delicious chowder type broth-wonderful. My husband had a grilled calamari plate also wonderful. We share a tagliatelle with mushrooms and black truffle oil which was divine. The pasta was so light and tasty.For a main course I had a grilled whole sea bass which was beautifully prepared and plated. Bel atmosphère service remarquable (bravo à Christophe) et au personnel pour le professionnalisme et leur délicatesse envers le client. Beau choix de menus à laTable d'hôte, nourriture excellente et servie chaude. Avons apprécié la mise en bouche de même que l'entrée de brochettas.Nous étions allés pour l'anniversaire d'une amie et il lui ont offert son dessert.Le feuilleté aux pommes et l'éclair sont excellents....entre autres !!!

Les service est toujours impeccable, merveilleux conseils au niveau du vin, connaissance parfaite du menu, présentations magnifiques, ambiance feutrée... bref lorsque nous y passons la soirée, nous avons toujours l'impression qu'ils se sont encore une fois surpassé! C'est de loin notre resto préféré à st-sauveur. Mention spéciale à toute l'équipe du Bistro, vous faites honneur à la gastronomie, merci d'être aussi parfait!

During our summer vacation in Saint Sauveur, we ate at several restaurants. All were very good but Bistro A Vino was one of the best. The food was delicious. The service was very friendly and professional. The setting was beautiful with a nice terrace in the nicest street of the town and large spaced tables. We highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a fine resto as an excursion, or if you are in the area. I suggest you reserve. They have a full varied and reasonable wine list. Service is with the right balance of professionalism, and the dishes were all creative and tasty, in good proportions. We enjoyed the gnocchi, pasta with veal ragout and black ink . Go & enjoy.......

The food and dessert were excellent and the service outstanding. I traveled from Florida and if I have the chance to comeback to Saint Sauveur I'll go and eat there again. My husband was enchanted with his black pasta with shrimps and clams.

Super beau bistro, bouffe incroyable, prix incomparables, chef propriétaire sur place et le personnel surtout le personnel wow bravo serviable, attentionné, dynamique et grande connaissance du menu! Un détour s'impose!!!

Everything is always exceptional at this restaurant! That pretty much sums it up. It's our favorite spot up North and the food is delicious!
