Bistro A Vino - Reserva de mesa

This restaurant is fantastic, and Chantal and Tony are absolutely wonderful hosts. The foie gras literally melted in my mouth with each bite. The filet mignon was so tender that I didn't even need a knife, and the risotto was creamy and delicious. Chantal selected a gorgeous bottle of wine for us that paired perfectly with our meal. It was a truly perfect dining experience.

I work for the coffee company..La Brûlerie des Laurentides Exactly!..They do their own roasting not far from the barn...Morin-Heights and Rivière-Rouge. I wonder if you have their coffee in your selection? It would be nice to get in touch with them, they offer a wide selection from Smooth to Bold, Espresso, Aromatic Coffee!....Looking forward to it!

During our summer vacation in Saint Sauveur, we ate at several restaurants. All were very good but Bistro A Vino was one of the best. The food was delicious. The service was very friendly and professional. The setting was beautiful with a nice terrace in the nicest street of the town and large spaced tables. We highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a fine resto as an excursion, or if you are in the area. I suggest you reserve. They have a full varied and reasonable wine list. Service is with the right balance of professionalism, and the dishes were all creative and tasty, in good proportions. We enjoyed the gnocchi, pasta with veal ragout and black ink . Go & enjoy....... A truly amazing Thursday on the comfortable terrace of this exceptional bistro! The service was top notch, and the menu was incredible. It set the perfect stage for a lovely evening at the St-Sauveur theatre, where the show perfectly reflected our experience, which was nothing short of "Famous".

Great food...Great ambiance....Chef Tony, and his wife Chantal are both very passionate, and take pride in offering only the best to their customers. From the moment you enter their restaurant you are treated like family. A definite 5 Star restaurant in my books....cheers!!
