Vielen ist die polnische Küche leider gar nicht bekannt, dabei hat sie sehr viel zu bieten und stellt eine echte Alternative zu Pasta, Gyros oder Sushi dar. Im Bistro Blitz gibt es frisch zubereitete polnische Gerichte. Mein Lieblingsgericht sind "Pierogi". Dabei handelt es sich um gefüllte Teigtaschen. Diese können unterschiedlich gefüllt sein, z.B. mit Kartoffeln, Schichtkäse, Kraut, oder Fleisch. Andere Gerichte sind Bigos (Krauteintopf aus gedünstetem Sauerkraut) oder Barszcz (schmackhafte Suppe aus Roten Beeten).Das Restaurant bietet zu den leckeren und günstigen Gerichten auch ein tolles Ambiente. A visit here is always worth a new one, just a perfect experience. Not only the great cooks from the boss convince on the whole line, the ambience is simple and is something very special. We are “stranded” here because our car is towed to the VW workshop on the main road and we were hungry. Have ordered Pierogi and were thrilled. Both meat and potatoes and cheese are highly recommended. The ambience is very cozy and the owner is super nice.We like to come back when we are again close.
Klassische polnische Gerichte! Die Auswahl ist zwar nicht riesig, dafür konnten aber alle Gerichte die wir getestet haben geschmacklich überzeugen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich direkt wohl!Kann man weiterempfehlen.
