Hidden gem near Aubenas. The chef Robin is not only passionate about cooking, he's also incredibly good at it! We had a well balanced menu (a starter, choice of meat, fish or veggie, finishing with a sweet dessert or local cheeses). He makes his own crisps, bread, and so on. I'm a foodie myself, but what Robin can do with local fresh ingredients and herbs is remarkable. You will need to drive a few miles though the woods to arrive on the very French village place, where you can enjoy all this goodness under the Platanes. Wow!
