Bistro De La Place

One of the few places open n a Sunday in Montrichard. Although we were the first diners to arrive the place soon git nice and busy (clearly the French do not like to eat too early). My wife enjoyed her courgette soup, whilst my pate was also very good. The main course of kidneys were a tad overcooked but nonetheless still good and very filling. Service was efficient, but it seemed that reinforcements had to be called in when the number of diners increased.

As a tourist visiting Paris this was a very French experience. A true bistro on a small square frequented by locals. The food is great, even the burger has a French twist. The service was great, not a lot of English spoken but enough. Enjoyed everything about it. Prices are great too!

What to say, an excellent restaurant with high quality food. Prices are reasonable and the service was great. Very nice terrasse in the middle of the town square. A place to visit when being in Montrichard.

Typical bistro-style restaurant. Nothing fancy, but good food served with a smile and reasonably priced.
