This was a great place to have a nice dinner Vaison la Romaine. The food was innovative and delicious. The 3 course menu was a good value as well. We enjoyed the pork dish the most, and wanted to go back the next day for more, but they were all booked. Make a reservation! The desserts were some of the best I have ever had, and I am glad they give you a little of each and don't make you chose just one! There was just one small problem with the first course, a couple of big shell pieces in the muscles! My husband almost busted his tooth, so that sort of put a damper on an otherwise perfect meal. Took the TA advice and decided to try this restaurant. It was quite good. We had 1 Gourmand menu and 1 Marche menu. Both good and the Marche menu was excellent price/value. The Gourmand was 58 euros but you get your monies worth in some truly sublime courses. If anything it was too much so be very hungry or you might feel as I did. The wine list is very clever and the wine we chose with the help of the semelier was outstanding and as with the meal, good price for a fine restaurant. Very enjoyable with a nice wait staff.
We have eaten at many excellent restaurants on this trip to Provence, but my husband and I agreed that the meal here was one of the best we have had. Everything about the evening was delightful. The food was wonderful and the service impeccable. It is a small restaurant so it is best to make reservations ahead.
My partner and I loved this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent menu and superbly executed. We where lucky enough to be their first outside diners and despite the menu for outside being limited to the plat de jour, it didn't matter. Highly recommended and worthy of the praise it receives.

Had lunch at Bistro du'O today. Friends had recommended it and they were right. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and knowledgable. We ate inside and the 32 Euro menu was excellent. Will definitely be back next time we are in Vaison.
The quality of the food, the service, the view-all perfect! What a wonderful experience! The treated our young kids so patiently and made the experience even more special. Can't recommend highly enough.
