In Kursorga, unfortunately, we didn't think we had a big decision problem. In the evaluation, the kitchen performance enjoyed with all senses was clearly before the subject-specific course content. However, after our lecturer had also included, he was able to classify his result and was also pleased with this award-worthy performance of the KOCHSCHULE NEUSÄß by Andi Greger with team!
We were there on Sunday to brunch and was super disappointed. All finished products and really nothing of it was fresh and self-made! The bread baked goods. Fruit from the can. Marmelade and Nutella packed. Two different cheeses and two sausages and 1 variety of cereals. That's it. From 11:30 there was warm food. Also all finished products prepared in the frituse. It's too bad to ask for 22,90 € per person. The service was unorganized and overwhelmed. In addition, it's a cooking school, what to learn?
We were at the winter grill course. This was very informative, you could ask a lot has been shown. You will notice Andi (Chair) immediately that he does everything with a lot of passion. What I personally found very successful was never the feeling you are now in a spicy course where you think is okay as everywhere. Andi makes it very good and you always had an impression of a barbecue day with friends. The course is recommended and you can adjust to nice hours.
Der Kochkurs von Andi war super. Die Produkte zum Kochen nimmt er von lokalen Händlern. Man konnte jederzeit eine Frage dazu stellen. Er erklärte alles sachlich sodass neue Köche und alte Hasen alles verstanden. Rundum ein gelungener Abend mit vielen positiven Gerichten für zu Hause zum nachkochen.

Mein Mann war nun schon beim 2. Kurs in der Kochschule (Steak und Wild). Er ist wiederholt begeistert nach Hause gekommen und freut sich schon auf weitere interessante Kurse. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und jede Menge tolle Informationen, die auch leicht Zuhause umgesetzt werden können.
Freundlicher und Zuvorkommender Service. Buffetauswahl war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.Toller Buffet Aufbau. Viele Kaffee Spezialitäten. Wir kommen wieder.
Hervorragender Nachmittag! Es hat viel Spaß gemacht, man hat sogar als Kochmuffel etwas tolles gelernt und geschmeckt hat es überdies! War ein tolles Teambuilding!
