It was not flexible in the gourmet half as you describe it. What is surprising and disappointing is that you challenge the judgment of a client while you were not present in your establishment that evening. As for your glasses, “great classic of restoration”, I confirm that they are not suitable to appreciate the quality of a wine. To the extent that you offer real wine glasses for a customer who orders a glass of rose, it seems inconceivable not to offer it to a customer who consumes a bottle of red wine at 35€, despite his request.
