Bistro Mars - Reserva de mesa

Couldn't fault the food at Curve, Rushcutters Bay. My full compliments to the chef. Prices were very acceptable. I was expecting a quiet relaxing evening. However my expectations were not realised. The music, wasn't exactly to my taste and continued playing far too loud for the whole duration of my meal. Then, the football was activated on a screen at one end of the restaurant and competed with the music, both together with whistles and the roaring of the crowds. Went for breakfast after staying at the hotel. We were the only table of customers, however still took 25 minutes to prepare our quite simple breakfasts. The Breakfast Bruschetta which was supposed to have smashed avocado on it, was 2 pieces of sourdough with a very thin spread of what tasted, and looked like store-bought guacomole dip, with some spinach and feta on top. The bircher muesli was not good either. Juices- again tasted like store bought juice concentrates, no ice and not really cold. Nice view but wouldn't eat there again

The food was good, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The service was slow, it took us half an hour to get our food even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The staff did not clear our plates even though they were not busy. We were promised a 20% discount if we ate before 7pm, but when we asked for the discount, the staff did not know how to apply it and did not seem to care about rectifying the mistake. Overall, I would not dine at this restaurant again.

We rarely eat dinner in the hotel we are staying, but the night we arrived in Sydney, we just didn't have the energy to leave. We ordered one pasta dish to split and it was excellent and plenty for the two of us. We were able to sit on the patio and have a perfect view of the trees and park. What a nice addition to a wonderful hotel Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was decent, but the service really stood out. Thank you, Emma, for being so pleasant and making my experience enjoyable. Although the meal was just okay, your positive attitude and friendly personality made it a great experience. Good job!

The green curry is delicious. Childrens menu good with pizza or fish and chips. Unfortunately the breakfasts don't live up to the rest of the meals. Too much tinned fruit. Could be better.

I stayed at the hotel and tried the buffet breakfast. The coffee was average and the pancake machine was not impressive. However, everything else was great and the staff were friendly.

Midday lunch at the Vibe's restraunt "Curve", extremely friendly service, yummy food - specials to choose from at $15 including a very nice glass of wine.

Great start or end to any day. Work out, light breaks in The VIbe and then off for the day. All under one roof at your hotel.
