for me, Mitch represents the fusion of cultures in rüsselsheim: they contain secretly distant flavors and good seasonal and local products to create great creations. Sometimes they get smaller technical things a little wrong, but this is totally overshadowed by their warmth, intimacy and creativity of...their dishes. this is really a multi-star restaurant in a bistro clothing! they expect to eat and get wine that is far too cheap for quality and taste. mitch is a small place, so make a reservation. very difficult to come to midday when the people from the surrounding companies exchange.
