We booked 4 people on 01/11 in the evening. The AM had seen the possibility of offering a bottle of champagne: technical impossibility on REGENT SITE to print adequate COUPON. In the evening, I share this problem; response from the room manager: impossible to take advantage of the offer without a coupon, I want to understand correctly except that the customer is strictly not to blame for this bug on site... Run away from this kind of place I find it disastrous that a chef I admired would lend himself to this charade of rapid and expensive consumption for what we have!! Lack of seasoning is a shame for my ex idol!!!!!!! So disappointed that it stops me from watching his shows, I feel like I'm being duped
