It should be a cozy breakfast. it was unfortunately only the Terasse opened, which nobody told us when booking. In free surrounded by approx. 20-30 wasps it was impossible to eat breakfast. The service power was extremely unfriendly when we told her to light coffee powder, that would not allow the boss. So after we got up, she let us have breakfast inside. Unfortunately, otherwise this was so excellent calf carving by far not what you are used to enjoy in the Schönbusch a calf carving. The panade was obviously not swung in any fat, let alone butter. The breading flour was dry at many places and the meat was accordingly not tender. That makes me sad, because for good money I want a good meal and no comfort of a service.
