This absolutely the standard of Russian food on Tenerife! And I know what I am talking about, having around 5 more places of similar cuisine, I can certainly state that THIS ONE beats them all! They have 5 EUR/Lunch(Dinner) option with Superior Quality soup (at...least 3-5 options daily), Cheburek/Blin (second plate) and LARGE drink (your choice of 1 Pint of Alhambra Beer or Kvas/russian bread drink).. this is almost a steal near Puerto Colon... On top, the restaurant offers whole bunche of alternative Russian food, like Pelmeni, Fried potato with Kotletas (russian way)., and all this with magnificent view of the Ocean and with the breeze... Truly amazing place and a MUST visit on Tenerife!
We didn't plan to try it there but restaurant we wanted to have dinner was closed so had no choice. Place itself is quite strange and unusual. Music/karaoke from nineties, hand written menu etc BUT food is fab and not expensive. both me and my...husband had soup, beer, cheburek; I also ordered salad and my husband had pelmeni (dumplings). Everything was home made and so tasty! Long story short: this is not posh place but if you just want to have tasty meal, or if you want to get familiar with russian food, this is place for you. If would be possible, I'd leave 10 stars
Nos detuvimos en Bistro Taiga para tomar algo y, al ver el menú, decidimos probarlo. La comida estaba recién hecha, sabrosa y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Probamos el currywurst, la sopa de pollo y los panqueques rusos, todos deliciosos. Sinceramente, habíamos pasado por este lugar en numerosas ocasiones, pero estamos encantados de haberlo probado y sin duda volveremos.
I will never eat lunch anywhere else after visiting this bistro. Situated little bit unfortunate, hidden behind stairs in Terranova mall -but when you find it you're lucky! The food iz a poem! We were 3 people and everyone was more than satisfied with their...lunch. Everything is homemade and tastes like heaven. Could I give 10 stars I definitely would!

Hemos estado buscando comida rusa en Tenerife por un tiempo y ¡qué descubrimiento fue! Pedimos muchos platos y todos fueron increíbles. ¡Nos embriagamos de comida! Lo recomiendo totalmente.
Divertido restaurante con un anfitrión simpático! ¡Los pies de té y los chebureki dumplings son muy sabrosos! ¡Terraza con vistas al océano y a la playa de La Pinta! ¡Ubicación muy buena!
Buena cocina rusa, todo fresco. Agradable restaurante familiar. Almuerzo muy barato. Lugar sencillo y pequeño con buen propietario, buen cocinero y precios muy buenos.
