This was another unexpected jewel. The staff typically try to meet you at the door and greet you as you enter. They hold the door for you. Don't be surprised if they give you a hug and perhaps even a kiss on the cheek. Very very friendly My waiter did not speak English ut we had no problems communicating as the menu was in French and English. They immediately brought me an aperitif and some bread while I read the menu. I ordered a rigatoni of sausage onions and cheese. It was marvelous. I could not believe how large the portion was! It was far too much to eat. In fact I was concerned that I had misunderstood the menu and was worried because it was so inexpensive. Bt there were no errors. Sup...
On a hot summers night we weren't too hungry as we'd had a late lunch, but all the same needed to step out, have a drink and a small meal.We weren't disappointed. Lovely friendly staff, very helpful and very willing to assist us in English as my French is embarrassingly poor!The menu is quite extensive and portions are very generous. No wonder the place is packed every night. We could recommend the salads, especially the assiette or mixed salad. Share tis between two or you wont have room for mains. We were staying in Antibes on a quite holiday reliving the past and fell over this restaurant. I am so glad that we did. It was busy and no wonder why now.We were found a table and the place was buzzing. Next to us a man held his French Bulldog at the table and on the other side a little girl played with her toys, there were friends groups and a lovers and us.The food choice was good. When it arrived they were massive portions. My son who can eat for the Uk team was beaten. My salade nicoise was terrific and tasty and huge but I managed to eat it. Not only that it was delicious, and tasty and not expensive I highly recommend it but don't stop me getting in again!
This fantastic restaurant is a bit off the beaten track (especially for day-trippers), but its much worth the detour. The restaurant is a 10-15 minute walk from Gare D' Antibes (and directionally bang opposite to Old Antibes), but that's little to complain about when the servers offer you a refreshing (welcome drink) Kir ! We got ourselves a table by the road (on a warm, windy day) and it was fun lunching-over what seemed primarily a residential area. Both the dishes we ordered (Spaghetti Napolitaine and Filet De Daurade) were well prepared and tasted great !Extremely friendly staff who even helped us find a bus back to Old Antibes. We saw this restaurant in passing and as it seemed busy, we thought to give it a go. I’m very glad we did. Greeted by a friendly waiter, who found us a table in this compact, packed place. I can see why it was so busy – the staff were great, the food selection was good and the actual food was excellent!!I had the Rigatoni Espaná - I never expected such a large quantity of such good quality, I can only wish I could have finished the dish (vent ho we were offered a doggy bag).If you visit Antibes, definitely eat here!!!
Had a lovely meal at Bistro Teatro for lunch. The service was second to none - Jeremy is very attentive and a fantastic host. Food was really great and huge portion sizes which kept us going all day! Pasta of the day was lovely, as was the omelette (served with very good chips!) Tiramisu is lovely, and coffee is really good. Would recommend to anyone.
We stopped in for a quick bite. Jeremy was really friendly and brought us a complimentary glass of rosé as soon as we were seated. Food was tasty and served without delay. The assiette Italienne was a particular highlight. We skipped desert, but a complimentary digestif was most appreciated!
This restaurant is a great find. The staff are really friendly, caring and very professional. If you choose a pasta dish, don't eat for a week! The dishes are massive but delicious. A lovely evening. We will definitely return.

Very noisy as is beside street + not really good food. I got disappointed. They offer you small salad and digestive but to me they don'tooffer the essentials that is calm place and good food.
Visited a few times. Food good. Service excellent. Real value for money. Old style attentive waiting.
