This restaurant was a total disappointment. The reviews and photos online were very deceiving. The restaurant is located in a hotel lobby and half of it was dark because they didn't bother turning on the lights. The decor was cheap and unappealing, with plexi glass dividers, brown hotel chairs, and carpet. The food in the photos online looked high quality, but what I received was completely different. The waiter at the desk didn't even acknowledge me at first, leaving me standing there until the third time around when he finally addressed me. There was nobody else in the restaurant. I would strongly advise staying away from this place.
Have been going here for years and was unaware of new management of hotel restaurant. I think this may have ben the worst dining experience in my life. The service was non existent, the food was terrible, and it even took over 15 minutes to get a check. Then the person at the register did not know how to process payment and had to get help. They brought out my wife's dessert and said they forgot mine. Literally 20 minutes for mine to arrive at the table. They said they had to bake the lava cake fresh but why was my cake cold? I will never , ever go back to this location.
Generous portions, but lacked finesse. Salad was field greens with a few tomatoes and a sweet dressing. Salmon needed a sauce and lemon. Risotto with peas and asparagus was good, but topped with spinach that overwhelmed the dish. Bread was brought after asking for it, but no butter was served. They replaced my first glass of wine after I found it unpleasant and I expected to pay for both, but they only charged me for the second which was greatly appreciated. The dining room was well appointed with live jazz performed throughout dinner at a very pleasant sound level.
We went specifically because we had a groupon for a Prime Rib Dinner. When we arrived, we were told there was no Prime Rib but we could choose from anything on the menu given to us that coincides with the original deal. That was ok and the food was good. Service was also good. We came to understand that the Prime Rib dinner special had not been available for a long time. That particular deal should have been withdrawn so customers had a choice and not be surprised when they got there.

We were meeting family members from out of town at this restaurant. We all traveled about 40 minutes to get there, only to find out that the restaurant was closed. It is unacceptable to allow us to make a reservation at a closed restaurant.
They took our reservation but apparently had a private party, and were shocked that we showed up. Put us in a noisy side room, and forgot about us. The food was decent. Won't be coming back
I didn’t realize it was a hotel. It felt like they opened just for us. Took awhile to get set up- we had to look for someone to open the place. It took awhile, but the food was good.

The food was not enjoyable. I struggled to finish my meal. However, the staff was very friendly.
