We only decided to try this restaurant as its in the hotel where we were staying. Our experience was that the food was very good however the service was poor. The head waiter (if thats what he was) was cold and unfriendly from the moment...we arrived in the bar. His attitude rubbed off on the others which spoilt the entire evening. What a shame! Oh I forgot to say that the restaurant was also spoilt by the (yes three) massive TV's all showing sport. I don't think its advertised as a Sports Bar That was a first for us in a french restaurant.

Had today’s special, which to be honest was shockingly poor, porc fillet mignon, clearly cooked earlier and reheated, dry beyond belief and tough, followed by crepes served freezing cold we did question if they were supposed to be so cold and told YES..... so must...be my mistake! But at very least room temp would have been a little better.... Chain restaurant opposite your better to go there, might be standard food but it’s fresh at least

especially in the kitchen. card indigent and soulless. choices are by default. we end up opting for the hamburger house, dry and warm bread, warm interior and rather catastrophic. It would be better to close than to offer a performance of this quality! we'll do it twice before we get back

Bistrot is the onsite restaurant for Holiday Inn Bordeaux – Sud Pessac. We had breakfast here on the morning of March The service was good; the food was the standard IHG breakfast menu. There is also outside seating available during better weather. Reserva una mesa ahora

my court was really bad. it was assumed to be a fusilli with mushroom source, but it was a suppe de fusilli with milk/cream, with few floating mushrooms. ps my friends had a laugh and said it was good.

We had a reasonable meal from their set menu, it was good quality nothing special but adequate. We used it as we did not want to go out and find anything.

We used the restaurant twice on our visit, it was very functional and clean, defiantly go back if required to visit Bordeaux again!

This restaurant is unlike any other Holiday Inn restaurant in which we've ever eaten! Then again, it's France!
