Bistrot Catedral - Reservar una mesa

our third stop our pinchohunt on Thursday. this very small place on the corner facing the cathedrale serves very beautiful and tiny pinchos. the staff is very helpful and the location is great. the roads are laboriously filled with people, both to foot / stand and sit while drinking beer and eating pinchos. I was told Thursday night is the best night for pinchos! for we only went to Thursdays with whom we have nothing to compare, only that it is actually a great night!

We had lunch in the Bistrot last San Fermines. During this period, the average of food and service in Pamplona decreases significantly so we hadn’t big expectations. But we were pretty surprised. They have daily menu at very decent price of 20€. The food was...quite good, the service very nice and helpful. The location of the restaurant is perfect. I would recommend anyone to go there for a meal or a drink.

In front of the Cathedral is in an excellent location in the old town with a lovely terrace. Food is delicious and cheap with menu, tapas and good wine selection. Cocktails are wonderful and it was designed by an known architect in Pamplona specialized in...bar and restaurants. Interior is a very creative and surprising space with Jazz music at night but very calm in the day.

In many of these perfect locations the downside are bland food and inflated prices not in this place! We went for a pintxo lunch and were surprised by high quality food, freshly prepared, and moderate prices (of course, the bull peak season is over...: Recommended!

Nice terrace in front of the cathedral, warm fireplace inside, daily menu, tapas, good music, good service, best in Pamplona!
