We had the set lunch. Warm greeting (from staff and a local who was keen to recommend a dish), very efficient service. Short menu - we had chicken with preserved lemon and olives, served with couscous, and then riz au lait with caramel apples. Both delicious. Excellent coffee, wine acceptable. A very relaxed, friendly place.
A must in Saint Germain, you eat there and drink there in a very pleasant and sometimes very lively setting. But it is especially the people who work there who make this bar quite exceptional. Get your head down!
