The manager is very friendly and the cook has a real knowledge to make to marry flavors and offer original and tasteful dishes. We're in the bistro and more really in the village bistro in the roborative kitchen. If you pass through the region and look for a friendly, warm place where you can eat well and drink at a price defying any competition, don’t hesitate and go to the BISTROT POITEVIN (referring to Alphonse POITEVIN 1819-1882, born and deceased in the commune of Conflans sur Anille, chemist engineer and photographer, inventor in particular of inaltible photography). We have the chance to go there regularly and have never been disappointed. In the kitchen, Marc refines original, varied and high-quality dishes. His foie gras is falling down! An unexpected dinner with a long-time friend. The frame is pretty, with ease. How can we imagine we're going to enjoy ourselves so much? Indeed, from entry to dessert, everything was perfect, excellent even! The quality of the ingredients, the original presentation worthy of a great chef and finally the gustative journey well beyond our expectations. What a pleasant surprise! We strongly recommend this small local restaurant that really worth the detour!!!
