Delicious! The Red Bistro is a must-see address in Pessac. The quality of the service is irreproachable, we received a very good reception. The menu is not provided but it is a quality guarantee of the kitchen. From the entrance to the dessert, we were not disappointed! refined dishes and always surprising flavours. We recommend the egg at 64°, the Saint-Jacques snacks and dessert, the white chocolate intermet, a delight! Good value for money, we recommend it without hesitation!
