It's zero! the reception is perfect, very nice, the cocktails are correct but not pretty and not accompanied. The dishes are industrial frozen! the gambas aumoniere is pretty but not good, the leek fondue is full of water, the gambas have no taste. The hot goat salad is very medium. The burger is a copious but frankly not good. Chocolate dessert is horrible, it's butter, it's really not good and the cheese is from the pasteurized sheep too salted really not good either.Sorry for the nice boss. But it's not a restaurant! There's a lot of these establishments doing anything!
professional lunch, the setting was friendly, and the cordial welcome. Tou is complicated at the time of order, very few choices, impossible for certain to have a basic fries steack, order a chicken mushroom sauce with a terrible smell. the proriary has proposed a change of dishes, so several have focused on the burger and ... reception! Two poor slices of bread, with chopped steack and a little sauce (ketchup)? Anyway, no, I'm not recommending and I'm not going back!
pity the room was empty but we were a Thursday evening; we have enjoyed a tasteful, fresh and well prepared cuisine: in home smoked salmon entrance / lemon jelly balls and salad (single but good, hearty and very fresh, lemon balls are excellent) , then excellent chaplain of gambas with confit and ginger pears) and finally very fresh and successful chocolate financier ; the wine of bordeaux with glass (red) is at a very good quality / price ratio;
on the recommendation of a pessac merchant, we made a great discovery. It's a bistro, of course, but it's time for a party. A short card, but a complete menu in the 22 euros. So totally affordable. The kitchen is neat and the atmosphere is rather intimate. it seems that around September they are starting to create pizza. We will return with pleasure
