The hotel has been tastefully renovated in a mountain spirit... bistro is a convenient, cheap, fast stop for who wants to have lunch... The staff is nice... The dishes are correct but it lacks real kitchen and this little thing in addition that makes you come out with the desire to come back quickly... Putting a few mushrooms on a velvety of mushrooms or a granola would make this velvety a more successful dish for example... a salad accompanying the cake would also have been welcome... maybe also reviewing the parts of the Basque cake... in short... some small things to improve. However, the price quality ratio is reasonable if you don't pay attention to the fact that on the 3 dishes offered...
Very warm place, typical decor of the mountains inside and very pleasant tressasse on the outside. We had a very nice time for a lunch between colleagues, hearty dishes, single flat waiting a little long for the service of the dishes and above all we had the surprise to be priced of 2.50€ for the so-called mineral water that was served us in a carafe... while we had declined the gaseous water proposal to the server by specifying wanting flat/normal water, a little disappointed.
Very nice discovery, "by chance" last night at Saint Lou bistro. The decor is very nice with candles, fireplace, very successful chalet spirit. The dishes are very good and in good quantity. The staff is very enjoyable, listening and taking care. And all this, for a very reasonable note. Then we will come back! Thanks again and good continuation to the Saint Lou bistro team.
Full restaurant for corporate meals ... we come with friends to celebrate my return to the metropolis home to the top smiling team while there are a lot of people apéro at the counter with a nice bartender and a very pro nothing to say to pars don’t hesitate any more ... small heart blow for alex and Audrey

Hello, outing for a birthday: very pleasant, friendly, kind, listening staff. Friendly restaurant with a mountainous decor Jazz music, chimney fire, simple dishes very good galettes (the brasero must be nice and the raclette to taste), map just what it takes, in summary nothing to say if it is not: go!
A lunch in idem quality that at flunch see even less.... 3 poor calamars who fight in duel for entry, the galette is badly cooked to see not cooked and especially not homemade, the ham made thought of baby ham (moulinette) when at service even not could take dessert because too much time at service.
Ambiance ranch, fully wooded rather friendly, pleasant service and very fast dishes are very good! Only flat when you leave, you have the clothes that smell a little because there’s a lot of smoke because of the different types of raclette dishes, brasero etc. in the restaurant but I didn’t bother.
Great discovery. A warm place, a very pleasant terrace. A great welcome, a little care service. Very good dish. Brasero in personal bbq mode. A child space for the youngest to have fun. We're conquered. We'll be back. Bravo
