Called in to make my order and Alex was amazing. I asked for recommendations and she was ready with quite a few dishes. I choose to go with the Tuna Sandwich, no tomatoes, adding cheddar cheese (including their house potatoes) and an order of their Challah Stuffed French Toast. Arriving, it did appear they were pretty busy. Pick up of the togo order was pretty seamless. 1st off, the presentation of the food in a togo order was *Chef 's Kiss* wonderful! The kitchen missed the mark when it came to the order details as they had tomatoes and no cheese on the Tuna Sandwich, but otherwise the food was good. I attempted to go to Bittersweet a couple of times on the weekend and was always scared away by the crowds. I finally wizened up and meet a friend for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. Now I know what I've been missing. Terrific menu including breakfast specials, great service, and great atmosphere. I'll be back to make my way through menu. I'm still not a fan of waiting to be served but that's the price you pay for the delicious food and appealing atmosphere.
This place used to be phenomenal. But everything we got was either completely bland or way too sweet (sweet things still need to be seasoned w/ salt to balance the sweetness). Nothing was seasoned at all (that makes or breaks a meal for me, at least). Adding salt to things once they’re cooked isn’t the same as seasoning while cooking/prepping. Pretty disappointed. Service and ambience was great though. Just wish the food was too.
I was excited to go here for the first time with my friend. Unfortunately, we both got the sausage gravy and it made us both very sick. We had intense stomach cramps and other negative effects. It tasted good but the restaurant needs to do a better job to ensure their meat is fresh. I never had this issue with even food trucks!

This place is fantastic! It was my first time here and I wanted to try something new. I must say, the portions were generous and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend it! The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated that they asked if I wanted to hear about their specials. I will definitely be coming back!
Bittersweet consistently delivers! The service is excellent and the food is delicious! Family-friendly: Children are warmly welcomed. Accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible with no steps!
Oh my word what sorcery do they use for the best potatoes I've ever had?! The biscuit with its surprise crunchy bottom was amazing also. No photos....ate it all too fast
Had the blueberry pancakes. Good size and very tasty. Also had some fried dough balls which were phenomenally good.

The service was subpar. Proceed at your own risk. The only way to understand is to experience it yourself.
Not good. Potatoes tripled burned. Biscuits didn’t have any salt. Omelettes bleh.
