Be sure to try the bang bang shrimp, classic cheeseburger, poblano peppers, and a variety of other comforting and unique dishes. Dining here feels like being part of a family.
The famous TV show Cheers gave America a vision of what the corner bar should be. A place where friends gather at the end of work or to watch a game 'where everybody knows your name '. BJ 's hits the mark in that tradition. The staff know most of the patrons by name plus their preferences in both food and drink. They are always welcoming to new faces as well. You feel not like you are going to an establishment but more like you are going to a friend 's home except for the tab. (LOL)
The staff is consistently friendly and dependable. They offer a full menu until midnight, every day of the year, which is a huge plus—especially for those of us in the restaurant industry, since many places close when our shifts end. The rotating draft beer selection is impressive, and the pizza is excellent. I always recommend this spot to visitors or anyone in search of a late-night meal. It’s definitely one of my top choices for dining with my husband.
I had a great experience with the atmosphere and food last night. The ribs were flavorful and tender. I brought the leftovers for lunch at work, and my co-workers couldn't stop asking where I got them. The vibe was more relaxed compared to BJ Ryan's BanC House, but the food and portion sizes were equally impressive! #jazzonice

BJ Ryan's is our go-to for friendly faces and consistently great food in Norwalk. The beer list is constantly changing (in a good way), the mainstays on the menu are solid and the daily specials always offer great options to mix it up a bit. Great place for a few drinks, good conversation and to take in a game or two.
We've used the upstairs at B.J. Ryan's for our Lacrosse Team meetings and the space, food and staff were perfect! I highly recommend B.J.s to anyone looking for a space for a private event.... and it's great for a night out as well!
