Went there today, I used the self checkout. I need help to scan the water because it is heavy on me. I saw someone right next to me helping the customer, so I asked her Can you help me to scan the water when you are done? She came over, she was not happy and told me, The screen had button to ask for help, you have to be SMART and do that to ask someone to help you I was shocked, did she just I AM NOT SMART just bc I saw her next to me, that's why I asked her instead of hit the button Ask For Assistance. . Choose another BJ's in the area, Natick or Auburn, steer clear of this location. I've been a loyal BJ's member since 1994, love the Auburn site but was in the area shopping, so tried out Northboro. Never again. The staff is rude, the self checkouts constantly don't scan items, and the manager's suggestion was pay for everything else and bring that one item to customer service for them to figure out why it won't scan. Ok, let me wait in line ANOTHER 20 minutes in that line where no one is social distancing. since over 11 2 years this load lines in register, which sometimes extend over the entire load. About a year ago I started complaining about it, and they said they repaired it. I went there two weeks ago, and while I waited on the line, a woman called before me someone else to come into tune with her, and she had a crusty full. then a guy went up, went around the line and up to a register. a hired man saw that and did nothing. then he told me that the day before, the line was alll the way over the load again. I sent another message and was told that someone would call me within 3 factory days. we're 10 now and wait. when my fellowship expires, I am finished with this place. they have nothing...

We ordered In club pickup as the website noted two hours. After 8 hr we called to obtain an estimate and could not receive information from the member service rep who would not advise on if the order would be ready by end of day or a future day. Rather it was reiterated regarding number of orders. We completely understand delays during pandemic, and the effort put in by staff, but BJS should strive for improved communication to their customers of the expected time cannot be fulfilled or even estimated . The hiring process at BJs is nothing to laugh at and it is like pulling teeth in order to get enough time in to get benefits. With that said, if you're going to have people working in retail with the public, make it a point to at least put someone who relates to public. To the wanna be blonde yesterday 2 28 working the self check out registers, get a personality and don't be miserable to the customers. Isn't your job to help and not to take your misery out on them? Worst experience ever!

If I could give this club a 0 I would. This is the 3rd curbside pick up that I have done there and the 3rd time with a problem. First time I was charged for an item I never got. Second time they forgot all my frozen items and I had to drive all the way back. Today was a horrible experience with the curbside pick up people. I really love BJ's! Even though we don't necessarily need anything in bulk, we still shop here. They have many locations throughout the state, and some even offer gas which is usually 20 to 30 cents cheaper than other stations. Their selection of organic products is great, and the stores are spacious with a wide variety of items. Plus, the membership fee is very affordable!

The merchandise is often out of stock and not accurately reflected in the app. There are rarely any staff available on the floor to help locate items.
