Im giving this place a 1 star due to its BAD customer service. Me and my partner decided to go have lunch here and have some beers and we decided to go to the bar area. Literally it took 30 min to attend us but the table behind us got there at the sametime we got there and they were served drinks and got their food first. FINALLY the waiter got to us, not once did he say sorryfor the wait. I understand it gets busy but not once say sorry or anything for the long wait. Very disappointing experience during my lunch break. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I arrived within minutes of the time the order was to be ready. I sent my electronic notification. Waited 10 minutes, then went inside only to find a line of peoplewith no one to assist them. My food was colder than room temperature. I requested a refund. They would not provide proof of theelectronic refund. I was offered the cold food, but if I wanted that I wouldn’t have sent it back.
Everything about our experience at BJ's Brewhouse was disappointing. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the drinks were subpar. Although the restaurant was empty when we arrived, we still had to wait 50-60 minutes for a table. The menu did little to improve the situation, offering limited options and lacking flavor.

The wait to be seated was about 30 minutes, but food came out pretty quick once we were seated. Food was delicious! Tiana was our server. Wow! Exceptional service! Even though the resturant was quite busy today, she went above and beyond for us! You havea jewel BJ's, take care of her!
I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The pizza looked sad and the fries were greasy. The salad was lackluster and the garlic bread was missing. The pasta and burger were just okay. Overall, it was a big disappointment.
I visited Bj's Brewhouse a few days ago to celebrate our son's special day. Very few guests were wearing masks, but the staff made sure to wear theirs. It feels like the pandemic precautions are becoming a thing of the past.

I didn't have high expectations for a chain restaurant. The portion size was large, but the meal mostly consisted of noodles and five shrimp. The pasta lacked much flavor and was rather bland.
