Our waitress first took our drink orders and then came back to take our food orders. We ended up ordering a medium pizza, a burger, three kids' pizzas, and three kids' burgers. Unfortunately, she later returned to let us know that they couldn't prepare the burger but could offer us the kids' burgers instead.
After waiting 45 minutes for our food to start arriving, we were disappointed to discover that the kids' burgers never showed up. Our waitress then left, and a different waiter took over, informing us that they couldn't make the kids' burgers at all and that we would need to pick something else. Worst service ever… had to ask after 15 min for our drinks. ordered salad with no tomatoes, salad came out with tomatoes. Had to ask for our waters again.. our food came out cold and soggy, manager had the whole table remade.. At first when we were seated i notice her other tables had extra cups and dirty dishes, nothing had been clear from the table Til dessert came out. Which is a huge nono in the restaurant world. One of the worst dining experiences ever. I arrived at the door at 4:30 p.m. I stood at the hostess stand for several minutes after watching a waitress walk through the bar area and not even acknowledge me or send anyone to acknowledge/greet me. After 10-12 minutes a waitress finally approached and said I could find a seat at the bar. I then sat there for over 10 minutes before I flagged down a waitress. She then said she wasn 't my waitress but she could take my order. She takes my order and delivers the worst $5.00 Happy Hour margarita. I order the cheese sticks. My tomato mozzarella salad was the saddest thing I have seen come from BJs. I ordered delivery so I could not show the restaurant how ridiculous my poor salad is. A BUNCH of greens, five little cheese balls and a quartered tomato…maybe 8 pieces of itty bitty diced red onion. So pitiful. I thought I ordered a Tomato Mozzarella salad which used to be barely any greens and lots of cheese and tomatoes. I asked for extra dressing and got two different types. Come on BJs!! When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready, but the wait was definitely worth it. I had the BJ's Classic Rib-Eye paired with Brussels sprouts and a loaded baked potato. I also decided to upgrade the steak with garlic butter, mushrooms, and onions, which turned out to be the best decision! The rib-eye was cooked to perfection, and the addition of garlic butter and vegetables made it so flavorful that I didn't even need any steak sauce. The Honey Sriracha Brussels sprouts are one of my favorites, but unfortunately, the baked potato was overcooked, making some parts inedible. Overall, this was one of the best takeout experiences I've had from BJ's.
The red velvet pizookie was absolutely divine, and the French vanilla ice cream was the perfect finishing touch. Both desserts were incredibly sweet and delicious. I also appreciated the way the ice cream was packaged. The strawberry lemonade was fantastic—just make sure to shake it well before enjoying. The Alfredo was quite good as well, but I have a suggestion: adding Cajun chicken to your menu would be amazing!
We encountered a few issues during our visit. The Kids' Mini Pizookie arrived without ice cream and was overly salty. The Kids' Broiled Shrimp was also a problem, as it had way too much pepper for a child—it was actually spicy even for me! On a positive note, the Kids' Mini Deep Dish Pizza was excellent. I highly recommend it, and honestly, it’s large enough to satisfy adults as well.
The boneless wings were just plain chicken nuggets without the dry rub, and they forgot my side dish. To make matters worse, there were paper strips in my pita tacos for no apparent reason. It was disappointing and unappetizing.

The service was excellent, but the wait time was a bit long. The food was tasty, although I was let down that they didn't have the parmesan-crusted chicken available today.
The food was amazing and incredibly tasty! We ordered the parmesan-crusted chicken and the calamari.
