My entree came out and it didn’t have the sauce, sun dried tomatoes and basil that is described on the menu. They told me it would take 10 minutes for the sauce. I said I don’t want it without the sauce and the other ingredients it should have. They took it to the heat lamp until the sauce was ready. Meanwhile my husband’s pizza came out with my entree and was already cold. 10 min pass and my entree comes back out with sauce but not the other ingredients. Supposedly they ran out of both ingredients. Um perhaps you should let the customer know as that’s what makes it good. I bite into my broccoli and it was RAW. WORST or at least one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant in my life!! I will try to be brief but I am very angry. I ordered pizza it came out cold. My husbands meal was lukewarm but edible. I didn't want his food to get cold so I told him to eat. He was almost done I still didn't have my food so I asked that they take it off the bill I would just eat at home. They offered to give the pizza to me in a To Go box I said that would be nice but not necessary. Here's the kicker It came back cold again they charged us for it!! I didn't want to make a scene so we paid for both meals we left a dollar tip to show our disapproval. Also, restrooms not restocked. Again, horrible exper...
We purchased the Prime Rib Special. I loved the Wedge Salad, the Prime Rib was good but they could do better with the sides. My broccoli was limp, cold and completely plain. I asked for a spinach replacement which came at the end of the meal so I took it home. The Pazooki order was a mess. First raw, then the kitchen set out the wrong cookie. To top it off the bill included a charge for the spinach, so our waiter had to redo our bill. The shining star of the whole experience was the waiter. He was attentive and did his best, when the kitchen and Manager could not do theirs. We love this restaurant despite this experience and would come back.
They had recently created the policy when I headed to the bathroom to wash my hands. I didn’t know that other customers are going to take over our booth when we head to the restroom instead of leaving the restaurant. I would not go to this restaurant again because of the lack of service I need. Worst service ever. Would not recommend. Also, the food is the worst, and the drinks that we ordered are very expensive. Period.
Our first server (Derek? was very rude and impatient. Ultimately, he said he was going home (probably for bad attitude). We were just about to flee but decided to stay new server was great. Food wasn't great. My medium burger actually was over cooked by at least 5 minutes. Hard, dry and no flavor. The wings app were very good though.
Apparently we arrived just before shift change. First server was not engaged and took 30 minutes to take our order. Second one probably figured we were already upset with the first one and didn't try to be much better. Took over an hour to get our food and it wasn't even that busy.
