Sitting at the bar, waiting to order dessert. Looked at the online menu. The bartender left to go eat his lunch. I see him nearby, behind me, eating HIS meal. He removed my lunch tray, then walked away for his lunch. Guess I’ll go along my way,maybe I can pay my tab at the main desk. My burger sliders were pretty bad. Buns were stale, freezer burn too. Fries weresemi-warm. The person who dropped off my food, at that very moment, asked me “how is everything?” I responded, how would Iknow, it just arrived? I’m a little dumbfounded by that conversation. Doubt I’ll return. I remember when they first opened,had good service. Times change. I blame it squarely on poor training, which equates to poo...
BJ's Brewhouse is pretty consistent every time we go. Good food in a nice atmosphere. We were there on a Sunday afternoon so lots of football games on the plentiful TVs. We each had a soup and salad combo. I had clam chowder which I thought was above average and my wife had the vegetable soup which she thought was ok- more like bean soup she said. Salad was good, but a bit small in size from what we were expecting. We then split a Peanut Butter Pizookie for dessert which we both really enjoyed.
Our waiter’s service was mediocre at best, he did the bare minimum. He was not friendly, personable, or even very talkative. It was clean throughout the restaurant the food was pretty good, which is why it gets a 4 start as opposed to a 3 or lower.While I am not counting down the days to return, they did have good food I would recommend it! Prices are a bit high for whatit is, though.
Decent. I didn't like having to ask for condiments. Regardless of Covid...these are small things that can be provided without me having to ask. Your servers need more breaks if they are required to wear masks the whole time.

Our dining experience was fantastic, with excellent service! Despite the restaurant being very busy, we were able to be seated a bit earlier than our reservation time. I highly recommend this place!
So awesome. Our table was ready at specified time. Server was very knowledgeable about the menu items. Everything was very good!! Will definitely go back.
Felt quite comfortable with BJs response to COVID-19. Great social distancing staff masked w/hand sanitizer readily available. Delicious food!
excellent restaurant all around. from the first encounter with the host to the end, no regret. great place, I will return soon.

Great creative food. My only issue was that they said they didn’t have the mini sized pizza when they had larger sizes.
We always enjoy a meal at BJ'S. One of my favorite restaurants in Lancaster.
